Dr. Cowan provides psychiatry for adults and geriatrics. She has been in private practice since 2000 and continues as the Advisory Physician at Arden Courts Memory Care Community, treating patients with complicated neurological or psychiatric illnesses to improve their quality of life.

Dr. Cowan is experienced in determining when medication or psychotherapy, or both are the appropriate treatment protocols for the needs of each individual patient.
